Assistants’ Retreat 1994
This is a selection of talks given at an Assistants’ Retreat in Guelph, Ontario, in March 1994. This particular retreat was for assistants that had been part of the L’Arche community for 2-5 years.

“The first two weeks of the Renewal were designed for us to get in touch with a lot of things, Now we are moving forward, which will help us see directions for the future. More time will be given which we will have to choose how to use. We have to chose the time to reflect! The groups are for sharing. Really listen to one another. This morning I am going to speak on human growth, We came here because we want to grow, but we often resist growth.”
